Adjust Manual scale font size or Clear previous page scale when re-scaling using the manual method to decrease font size

Font sizes and dimension line sizes are now customizable. We still need to add "presets" or "default" for each tool, but at least for now you have a way to adjust the font and line width, etc. for dimension lines.
