All of my product lists just went blank all at once

thanks heber, im not sure what caused it. i was in my reports tab and noticed something i wanted to change in one of the item properties so i went back to the takeoff field and it said list not found.then went to lists tab and discovered the emptiness had spread.

earlier today i created multiple layers (5) so i could break apart some pasted takeoffs because i am taking off something with a lot of repetition but i needed to separate them so i could change some properties in each layer without it effecting the others

one last thing i dont know if relevant but in reports tab today i noticed if you list by sku it will compound multiple skus of the same name sku from a different lists.

although it makes sense it could also cause a bug?

We just finished deploying a patch. Did it fix the issue of the List data not showing up? You may need to refresh to get the latest. It appears to be working for us now.

Also, on the SKU issue, do you have a screenshot that you can post to help us visualize what it's doing?

I'm glad that worked! Sorry about the hassle. We deployed a security update a few min before you noticed the issue, so it was related to that. We just had to tweak a few things for how lists connect to the DB. I'm glad you posted tonight so we could immediately fix it, so thanks for catching that 🙂
