im not getting the ai option when i highligh anything

What options are showing when you highlight/smart select? Could you send a screenshot? Currently, our AI actions are "Page Name", "Sheet #", "Scale", and "Extract Schedule."

so i cant use the ask ai feature on the trial ?

For now, yes. "Ask AI" is not a released feature, but it is in progress.
