Batch Rename

When I rename the page number only for one page it's working, but when i try to rename all it gives the Batch Rename window and after clicking Batch Rename button it give this error. I didn't have such problems before. I was able to rename for page # and page name all pages one by one, but not all together (the same locations for numbers and names)
