Calculation Error Within Reports

Please note the 1" copper piping take off. The material section appears to be calculating incorrectly. 262 x 141.79 = 37148.98. The number showing of 44,578.78 is inaccurate. To confirm this, we opened up the same project on the account of a different user within the company and it showed the correct number. Any idea why this is happening or how to fix this?

We dug further into this, and the reports are calculating correctly. There was a markup of 20 percent on the copper pipe, and the screenshot above shows the Price columns. The Price columns are calculated as Qty x Cost Each x Markup, and the Cost columns are calculated as Qty x Cost Each. (Cost Total/Material Cost: 262 x 141.79 = 37148.98; Price Total/Material Price: 262 x 141.79 x 1.20 = 44,578.78).

For the other user, they were most likely looking at the Cost columns, whereas in this screenshot, it's showing the Price columns.
