James Allred zzTakeoffDrag and Drop Takeoffs not working when "Group by" is used in the Takeoffs tab
In the Takeoffs tab, when I group by folder, layer, or takeoff type then I can no longer drag and drop takeoffs (or folders) up or down in the list.
It also appears to re-order my takeoffs when I use the group by feature.

After I group by takeoff type, it re-arranges my takeoffs.
Also, even though I only have one layer (default layer), if I group by layer, it re-arranges the Takeoffs as well.
Current behavior is that when you "Group By" a property, it also sorts by that same property. When no grouping/sorting is applied, we have a manual sort order (number) for each takeoff and you can drag/drop to re-arrange. There are near unlimited possible ways to group things (based on all the permutations of possible properties to group by). If we allow manual sorting within every possible combination of grouping, we would have to store a huge number of "manual" sort orders in the database.
For interest sake, if you click the checkbox in the lower right of the screen, you can "Show Debug Data", and it will show numbers next to all the takeoffs so you can see the sort "order". Basically, we would have to store a different sort order in the database (for each takeoff) for every possible combination of grouping to work around this. It's possible, and if enough people want it, we could do it, but this is the reason why it's not in there yet.
