Hey ZZ team,
we are having some pretty crucial issues with the new product update that was rolled out. Specifically, when adding new pages to an existing job, the pages are combining and we definitely do not want this. Worse than that though, we recently added pages to a job we are selling, and the takeoff that was on the page before is now missing from our takeoff and reports. When we go back to the page, and find the drop down pages that are combined, the takeoff is there, but it's zero'd out on the takeoff bar. Is there a way to fix this or reverse this feature? thanks,
Hi Doug. Did this happen on a project that was created today?
In the latest update there is a checkbox for "Revision Plan Set" and if that is not checked intentionally by the user, it should not be attempting to match the old pages to new pages. If the user checks this box it would attempt to pair up the old version and the new version (based on Sheet #) and move takeoff data to the new version.

If you click on the revision # in the pages sidebar, it will expand and show the older versions of the pages as children. You can then double click on an older version and uncheck the "Old Version for Page".

If you would like we can have someone jump on a Zoom call to help out.
Looks like Heber beat me to it.
It's not a bug. It's the new workflow which for our use case is a great workflow. The issue with versioning when you don't want plans to version just got fixed in the newest release. Uncheck this "Revision Plan Set" and the import won't go through the versioning process.

On a side note, any takeoff left on an old version of a plan will not total into the takeoff totals and that's a good thing in our use case. If we copy takeoffs to the new version and zz didn't do this, all our totals would be doubled which would be wrong. If you want takeoffs from an old version in your project totals, expand the new version of the sheet by clicking on the 1, then click the 3 dots and select properties, and then uncheck the box shown below, the old sheet is no longer a "child" of the new sheet, and takeoff totals are now included in all reports.
