Importing new pages issue

When I was importing new pages to a job, it seems to have miss ran the selected pages. they are all bumped up one. you will see when i select the last page it says no page, however when I select the page above it shows me page below it. It even turns the page bellow's' text blue

I tried again and it worked as it should this time. Not sure what the difference was. This is the same plan set I shared with you that has the original and Addendum pages merged. It did not put the new drawings as revisions per normal. It just gave me the new plans at the bottom of the list.

FYI, I didn't select the page to merge with. Worked when did that.
