Moving Items within a takeoff

Is anyone else having issues moving items within a takeoff? Just trying to reorganize them a bit.

Hey Tim, could you give some examples/screenshots of what's happening and what the expected behavior is? Are you grouping by anything in the sidebars (If you are not, the "Default View" should be selected)?
