Page Pan after clicking page up/down buttons

This is a new bug, the page pans after clicking up or down page buttons in the bottom left.

My curser remains on the Button but the scroll commences immediately.

Hey Heath, we recently put out a patch for this. Does the page no longer pan after clicking the page up/down buttons?
