Plan Upload Stoppage

Over the past couple weeks, while uploading new plan sets, the upload will simply just stop at a certain point without finishing. I'll have to refresh & re-upload entirely, or continue where it left off by selecting the remaining pages out of the file. I have cleared my cache as well to see if that would help, to no avail. Not the biggest deal in the world but a minor annoyance nonetheless. If anyone could look into this at some point that would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Jake, thanks for reporting. We'll do some investigating on our end. Are there specific plans that have this issue (if you re-upload the entire plan instead of the missing pages), or does it seem to be random? When the page upload stops, are there any errors for the pages that failed to upload?

Thanks Lorin! No specific sets of plans, just happens at random, & no errors that I can see either. For example, the progress/upload bar will just stop/freeze at whatever percentage its on during the initial upload, & no further pages will be loaded (i.e. 80 pages of A & S; the upload stops at page 40 & doesn't attempt to load anything further, no visible errors). If it happens again, I'll be sure to screenshot it.
