Point Counts Symbol Not Scaling Correctly in Sandbox

Anyone else notice point count symbols don't scale correctly in the sandbox? I have them all set to scaled, show symbol text, size scaled = 2, and the behavior in the sandbox isn't like in live.

Hey David! On that project, does the page have a scale? If there is no page scale, we treat the point counts on the page as unscaled.
