Project Sort Not Working - By Region

Loving the new sort for projects. Right now it does not sort by region and automatically defaults to state. Thats the bug......now few suggestions for feature requests:

2. Need to make fields required, please do this at a global level, then to further this we need to make our own fields required too as a enterprise.

1. Need to control the default view everyone at HP see when they first hit "open project" (This is a top priority)
