Reports – Missing Information & Display Issues
Hi Team,
Why am I getting this when I click on “Grouped by Folder”?
As shown in the attached screenshot, the measurements and units are still displayed, but the activities are missing from the Name column, along with information that should be displayed in the other columns.
This is happening regularly and is not an isolated issue. I’m also experiencing similar problems with other reports, where information is either missing or the reports are not displaying and functioning correctly.
Could you please have a look and advise what may be causing these issues?

Hey Steve, thanks for reporting! I think this is related to your other bug report. Our team dug in, and it looks like you have a computed property formula that causes a circular loop, which is causing the browser to hang/not show all the information. We’re working on a patch for this.

Thank you, @Lorin. It seems to be intermittent, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. At times, it won’t work in Chrome but will work in Microsoft Edge, so I’ve been playing around with different browsers. Other times, it doesn’t work in any browser.
