Support Chat not working

My support chat on the takeoff screen isn't working. It keeps saying "sending..." and requests that I check my internet connection.

No I'm not. It is saying "Failed to send. Retry?"

Sure, I'm looking for the starter packs/plug ins that I have been seeing float around here. I'm trying to get my team off of bluebeam but 14 days is barely enough time to get this figured out enough to present.

Not a problem, I'll ask them to put those into your workspace for you, and at the end of your trial, let us know you'd like an extension, we're happy to give you a little more time!

Trenton the Starter Pack was copied into your workspace, can you please do a hard refresh, Ctrl + F5 and check your Templates Tab in the upper right? Let me know if it's in there! also if you wouldn't mind after you do the Ctrl+ F5 refresh, would you mind checking the Chat connection again for us? Thank you!
