Takeoff Pages Tab Scroll Issue on iPad

While in the takeoff section with the pages tab on the left open, I am unable to scroll the pages that contain the project folders and sheets. Attempting to scroll will pick up a folder/sheet and think I want to relocate it.

iPad Pro iOS: 17.7.10.
