Claude MCP / Custom properties / template

Hello ZZers,

I'm trying to mount a template with all the custom properties right away with Claude but it seems it's not able being read-only. Is this currently only allowed internally? I asked because one of the templates i tried in the plugin store allowed custom properties to be automated so I know it's possible.

Hey Gabriel! As your screenshot shows, you can't create Custom Properties with the MCP/Claude, even for internal users. We are planning to expand the scripting soon to allow users to create custom properties.

Side note: The Plugin Store custom properties are installed using a different flow (that doesn't use scripting).

Oh I see, that's unfortunate. So only manual input of custom properties then it's allowed at this point. I already had tons of properties waiting in line to be automated. AI is spoiling me too much hehe. Thanks Lorin!
