Add border options for notes to distinguish note from area tool.

Thanks for sending us this feature request. Can you provide a little more detail for clarification?

Here's the difference currently: (Note on top and Area below.)

Would you want a border on notes with a color that can be changed? Or would you want all notes to have the same border color (if so, what color?)

Thanks for immediately replying. I think providing a color and thickness selector for the border of the note will help it to be identified much more easily.

Additionally, an auto-size option for notes would also be appreciated to cut the time in adjusting the text size relative to the scale.
