Add functionality to 'Convert To' function: 'Convert To Similar'

I would like the ability to 'Covert To Similar' where if you select a takeoff and use the 'Convert to' function with an option toggled on that it would duplicate the selected takeoff, assign the selected takeoff object to that takeoff and then open the properties of the newly created takeoff to edit as desired. Maybe it's another checkbox next to the 'Edit new Takeoff Properties'?
