So the idea with the proposed feature would be when adding additional files (ie spec pages that are not apart of the plan set) instead of trying to integrate their page ordering with the existing plan set, to have the system default to grouping all new pages added together.
Bonus feature idea: allowing for the editing of page order from the plans tab so you can see the thumbnail image of the page that you're changing the order of.
