Adding Items from Templates to Takeoff

Love the templates, now we need to make them better for the poor end user to get them in their takeoff!

Two suggestions.

1. Add a "+" button so you can quickly just click on one and it adds, vs having to right click and add one. (Makes adding one fast and fun). Note don't automatically move the users view to the takeoff when this happens, that is sucky behavior how it does it now.
2. Right now you have to shift click the takeoff items at the lowest level, then right click and add. Well a way better workflow would be shift click grey folders and then all takeoff items below the folders get added, that way you dont have to go down to the individual lines...thus going slow and clunkly. OR how about adding the plus buttons to the grey folder too.......hmmm. So many ways to do things......Make it easy is the goal
