Additional Function for Move Hotkey

I understand you can move takeoffs by holding down the 'Alt' key, but my perfectionism wants to move takeoffs by snap points to another snap point. Can holding down 'Alt' activate snap point selection and allow the user to move the selected takeoff object(s) to other snap points?
