Adjust per Count Measurement

How do I adjust the value of each count? I haven't seen anything like that while doing some practice takeoffs right now, you could do it in Bluebeam, set the value of each count and then do the takeoffs, but I can't seem to do that here, any ideas how? or is this a soon to be developed feature.
