Batch Insert Takeoffs - Text with Tags

Epic workflow happening for DFH estimates. Two things if the zzTakeoff team could do outlined in this 4 min vid (that walks thru workflow too) LINK

1. When we batch insert takeoff, need ability to change the cells to "text with tags" by default. have to switch 100's of these now....sad day

2. Need ability to cascade a group of items to all the takeoffs. Screenshot should help clarify this, but its outlined specifically in video too.

3. CRAP and the 3rd one I forogt, is we need to beable to put the dimensions of the door in the parent. Length/Width variables!....granted I could make a custom property, but why....
