Block color randomizer from selecting shades of black, gray, and white

Is there any way you can add an option to allow users to block the randomizer from selecting darker colors for takeoffs (blacks, grays, and whites)?

Also, I wish the randomizer tracked colors based on takeoff types instead of across all takeoffs. I don't know about others, but it doesn't bother me if a linear takeoff uses the exact same color that was used on a count takeoff, since they are drawn distinctively differently on the screen.

If that is too much of a hassle though, just an option to block those darker shades would be fine with me.

Quick thoughts on a way to implement this for the dev.

Thought #01:

Create a setting option. (Similar to Custom Properties in Settings)

Have a "Measurement" section (IE: Area, Linear, Segment, Count)

In each section have a "Color Palette Grouping"

Let the user select which colors can be used for that measurement type.

Thought #02:

Have custom measurement selection.

Where you can create your own "Area", then that custom "Area" can be under the drop down of area.

In that custom "Area", you can select the color that can be used for it.
