Bookmark - Add Resizable Basic Shapes (+transparency)

Not sure if this is already on the radar, but wanted to make sure.

Love the new hyperlink tool. Personally, I would prefer a transparent highlight for linking/bookmarking whether that's some basic square/rectangle/circle for now (see below in snip) and maybe other shapes in the future…

On the same topic, I would be curious to know if we could somehow turn a Highlight or Note from highlighter/Note tool into a hyperlink? That would help change some things up in a significant way for me
