Callout Text Box - Anchor Point

Loving the new markup default feature. We might be using this tool for the judges for the ABC construction management competition, and one thing I know Bluebeam users will need is the ability to anchor the arrow point, so when you drag it around the arrow point sticks.

The judges use Bluebeam studio and I'm going to pitch the idea Monday to use zzTO, so thinking of things that will be a cog like this one.

Also is there a hotkey to close the window after you type, I find myself trying to use enter vs clicking the "save" button. Hmmm perhaps the spacebar to close?
