Change Item/Folder Layer

I've found a few instances where it would be nice to be able to grab a bunch of items and or folders and move them to a different layer. There are several differenct scenarios in which this could be useful, i.e. accidentally performed take-off on wrong layer, combining take-off into one layer upon completion, etc.

Same here. It's pretty frustrating when you use a wrong layer with many takeoffs, and have to redo the takeoff on the new layer.
