Clarify “Old Version For Page” – Which Page Am I Selecting?

I find “Old Version For Page” very confusing. I regularly stop and wonder which direction this is supposed to work.

Am I currently in the properties of the new page and selecting the old page it replaces?

Or am I in the properties of the old page and supposed to select the new page that replaces it?

Even while writing this feature request, I had to stop and think about which one it means.

Could the wording make the direction explicit? For example:

“This page replaces:”

Select the previous/old page

Or, if it works the opposite way:

“This page is replaced by:”

Select the new/replacement page

Something along those lines would make it immediately obvious which page should be selected.
