Copy and Paste Takeoffs from One Project to Another

Would this be a duplicate project or a new project with the same takeoff items but no qty's?

New project with same takeoff name with no quantities. I did also mention a copy and paste project feature as well. I was thinking that feature would be useful for stages of design of the same project (concept-SD-DD-CDs). The copy and paste with no quantities would be helpful for similar projects (two different school projects for example).

I think the team is got this on their radar, someone else(me...shhh...) asked for a duplicate project feature and they currently have it under review.
