Crop to a new page / clipboard -handle pages with multiple scales

Customer request to handle images with more than on scale

-Crop section to a create a new page so the scale can be set on one image.

or

-Crop to clipboard paste to new page pages to add a new page. Also paste to excel or word to add a visual element to the documentation

or both.

Right click on page to open a new page as a tab.
