Custom Properties “Applies To” (Labor, Material, Equipment, etc.)

If this option doesn’t already exist (and I may have missed it), it could be something worth strongly considering for future updates.

When creating Custom Properties, having an additional “Applies To” filter (e.g. Labour, Material, Equipment, Subcontract, Others) would provide better control over where properties are applied, help declutter Products & Items, and improve overall accuracy and clarity in the estimate.
