Custom Variable pop up

Is it possible to have an option button to show a pop up window of the custom properties (or even any variables in the items of the assembly that need to be entered)that you select from you’re a list of custom properties That way you could fill those out when you start your takeoff. Even it if it is just an option checkbox when you are building templates, But when you select to “start the takeoff” whatever you selected to show would be in a pop up window. I always feel like I will not remember each item in an assembly that I need to go back to fill out the formula variable or the custom property.
