Customer requested to lock takeoff in multiplayer mode

Customer requested to lock takeoffs so Estimator A can't delete Estimator B's takeoff work. Would be great to assign takeoff permissions: Can modify takeoff y/n, Can delete Takeoff y/n. Can copy takeoff y/n
