'Cut' Functionality?

We have copy/paste (ctrl+c/ctrl+v). Can we also have cut/paste (ctrl+x/ctrl+v)?

I hope I don't misunderstand you, but we already have cut/paste (ctrl+x/ctrl+v) functions.

I am not able to cut/paste. I would like to be able to cut a takeoff from one page/layer and paste it to another. The workaround I do now is copy/paste and then go back and delete.

Maybe you're on a different build than me?
