Default Mark-up Formatting

Could use a "use as default" checkbox for mark-ups, (i.e. call-out and cloud) so that you don't have to format each mark-ups font and line width everytime.

Hey Chris, the team is planning on allowing you to customize the toolbar in the future & along with that, I believe you would be able to add some form of custom tool presets.
