Diagonal Highlights

Hello!

I am wondering if there is a way or either a possible Future implementation of being able to highlight diagonally.

Like the image shown below. Currently as I know of, I can only orient the highlight horizontal or vertically.

Hi Connor, You're correct. There's not currently a way to highlight diagonally. But I can see how this would be very useful.
