Dimension Tool Character Sizing

The ability to shrink down the size of the measurement taken smaller than what is currently available would be nice. See snip below, the line width is at its smallest, but being able to go smaller would be appreciated. Sometimes measurements can get in the way of the drawing and sometimes its hard to tell exactly what is being measured due to the size of the characters/line.
