Don't know if its possible but, round up items at reports level

Sometimes i have material items that are consumables that are used on multiple takeoffs. Say I had a box of nails, I set my cost each at the cost of each nail even though i buy in a box of 1000. I would love to round up based on how it's purchased, but I don't want to set a round up to nearest on the takeoff level because it will quickly inflate my price, but i would love to be able to round up to nearest on the report level so that all takeoffs that share said item will give me a nice round number on my report.
