Drag and drop takeoff quantities into item formulas

When building items in an assembly it would be nice to be able to drag a takeoff quantity and drop it in the formula field in the item properties. I think it will help people when learning how to build items and assemblies.

Here is an example of how this might work. If Items could link between items this way, automatically entering in the [../] or [..] [../../Property Name] it would be helpful. Here is a short video

I like this, it would make easier on my head.

The Measurement section is easy to understand, so it is nice to be the go to place.

Also what would be nice, is a drag and drop the Materials / Labor item into the Measurements to be able to display those into the legend.
