Drag template item

template panel on the report sheet and drag items in.
a way to drag templates on the take off tab. Either being able to have takeoff and templates panels both open or maybe being able to drag to the materials and labor section when you have the assembly/take off property open

Turns out I can drag into the "materials and labor" section when i have assembly/takeoff properties open nice.

It will still be nice to have the ability to do this on the reports page.
