Drawing Index and plan sheet title block tagging

A feature that would be extremely helpful is a tagging/highlight system that links the title block on the individual plan sheet to the drawing index and visa versa. When a project are "kicks-off", the lead estimator assigns a block of sheets in the index to the scope specialist estimator by highlighting or tagging. This in turn the will highlight the individual drawing number with a name and color. This color or name would watermark the actual drawing sheet in the title block of that plan sheet. Finally when the QTO for the plan sheet is complete the scope specialist/estimator could stamp the sheet with their own stamp as complete. The stamp would contain COMPLETE/Name/Time & Date in a small stamp block. This would also stamp the drawing index sheet with a color noting complete allowing the lead or manager to monitor progress.
