Drop Down for Tool Extensions

Some people have had a tough time finding the tool extensions for the Joist/Grid tool.

Please consider adding a drop down the the Area tool

for the joist tool/Grid tool and one to the segment takeoff tool for beams

.

Another option would be to add them as presets and let people delete them if they don't want them
