Dropdown selector updated multiple items

I have a setup where selecting an option from a dropdown automatically updates the costs for the bottom track, top track, and studs. I just change the dropdown, and all the costs update instantly.

This useful because it saves us from adjusting items one by one, which is important for metal framing with different sizes and gauges.
