Edit Report Values at the Subitem Level
Zz, Could you give us the ability to edit costs and other report columns at the individual subitem level? Currently, changes can only be made to all subitems within an item.
This would allow us to adjust a specific subitem and immediately see how it affects our pricing and totals in real time.
I know you can play around with how you are grouping the reports view, but my feature request is so that no matter how you group them, you can have this ability.
This one is a little tricky. Technically that row is a section/item combination, and the cost each is pulled from the item. If the cost each was stored at the section, it could mean that you want to override the cost each for all section/item combinations (even though in this case you want just this one section to override). I'll send this to the team to discuss internally.
As a side note - I know we are planning to allow the ability to override at the section level in reports, but in doing so, it would override that section + all of its other section/item combinations. This would mostly be for WBS breakouts being done in the grid instead of on the plan.
