Is there a way to lock out users from the ability to change templets, Only giving them access to make changes once it is converted to a takeoff.

Low priority for us, people are actually good at policing this and we have 130 people in tool (If you see something fix it). The one that is a major issue is reports, people keep saving reports and EVERYONE can see them or they keep changing them. Need this first before templates.
