Tim Lotterhand End Takeoff Keyboard Shortcut
Instead of double clicking, would be nice to have a keyboard shortcut to end the takeoff. OST uses space, enter would work well too.
Hit the Escape key
Hi Jes, I meant a keyboard shortcut to finish the takeoff. Escape deletes the takeoff you're currently annotating.
That's strange because on mine it behaves the same as clicking done when I press the escape key? It doesn't delete it
ah i see now, we're both correct. If i go to click another point and hit escape before hitting clicking again on another point, it deletes the whole takeoff. But if i hit escape right after clicking another point, it finishes the takeoff. thank you!
following up on this - the escape button does end the takeoff, but unfortunately it clicks "off" of the takeoff itself. So I have to click the takeoff item again to resume my takeoff.
I use the N to use the same take off in another area.
