Expand/Collapse Folders in the Plans Tab

I came across this today where I had a large development plan that has multiple folders. I would like to see a way to "expand all/collapse all" folders in the plans tab. Similar to other areas inside zz. Maybe have an option like the other areas to default to collapse all.
