Objective:

Enhance AI-powered auto naming/numbering to support more robust tagging directly from drawing title blocks, with the option to apply tags or assign folders.

Description:

Current AI-assisted page naming/numbering uses limited title block elements. In multi-building, multi-zone, multi-phase, or multi-team projects, richer tagging would improve sorting, filtering, and organization. This feature would allow the AI to extract additional metadata fields and apply them as searchable tags or folder structures, either automatically or via user selection.

Suggested Enhancements:

• Extract and tag from the following title block fields:
• Revision Block (Revision #, Description of Set, Date of Issuance)
• Sequential Drawing Number (for multi-building/zone/phase/team projects)
• Building/Zone/Phase/Team Name
• Original Drawing Issue Date
• Design Professional (architect, engineer, consultant)
• Add manual tagging capability by shift/control-clicking drawings and applying any tags above or other user-defined tags, such as:
• Construction Drawing Discipline
• GC Bid Package # relevancy
• CSI # relevancy
• Floor Level
• Option to create folders from selected tags.
