(Feature) Linear with Points

Similar to how Area tool can have a grid. Have a Linear tool creates counts every so often.
Think of it like a fence with posts. (Fence being the Linear, Posts be a Count) If we know that a post is needed every 10', it would be nice to have it show it.
Also, like dowels every 16" OC.
